By planning excursions before and after the wedding, we gave guests plenty of time to relax and connect with one another. As the pièce de résistance, Karen and Pedro accompanied their guests to an outdoor concert by Andrea Bocelli on the night before their wedding and planned a wine excursion for the day following, resulting in a wedding that gave each guest an unforgettable taste of Italy. Bellissimo in every way!

When Kareen and Pedro described their dream wedding to me, I could tell immediately that their focus was on more than just one day—they were intent upon creating a full destination experience for their guests, with the wedding being the centerpiece. We were faced with the challenge of keeping a small, intimate group of people engaged and intrigued over the course of several days. Although we were challenged to create an engaging timeline of events for their wedding guests, in the end, we were able to bring this group even closer together without losing focus on their union.
