With some extra communication among our team of vendors, the day came together allowing Richard and Ryan to spend time with their family and their adorable daughter, Avery.Avery was the perfect flower girl during the intimate ceremony, followed by a lovely seated meal with memorable toasts and the long awaited dance party!
Ryan and Richard’s family and friends were more than ready to celebrate the couple after their scheduling setbacks. Their vision for a modern inspired ceremony and reception came together beautifully transforming The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas with a day tailored perfectly to this couple.
Ryan and Richard’s vision for their wedding included all of their closest family and friends, gorgeous floral, and a fun dance party to celebrate. It certainly did not include a global pandemic, date changes, travel challenges and restrictions! We worked with the couple to navigate this uncharted territory with a postponement that allowed for their guests to gather safely with the original vision for the day. With a longer than expected engagement and planning period and turnover among vendor partner teams, ensuring no detail was forgotten or lost in translation was critical to the success of the day.
