Holland and James pictured the ceremony at the stunning Sundeck at The Little Nell on Aspen Mountain followed by an intimate seated dinner with elements of the natural setting made elegant. What the couple couldn’t picture is how to get there.
The bride, Holland, a busy accountant had a mind for numbers and spreadsheets and needed a planner that would ‘get it’. How important the meaningful moments of the weekend are to her paired with detailed planning and careful review of all of the number balancing of wedding planning. When we met Holland, we almost immediately understood our primary challenge for the wedding planning process for her Aspen wedding. As an accountant bride who loves spreadsheets and numbers, she was all about understanding value. But how do you place value on memories and experiences?
Wedding planning is an abstract and emotion-driven process that also involves a lot of numbers, so we knew we would need to find a balance.
