With meticulous attention to detail, we crafted invitations that cleverly disguised the true nature of the event, complete with playful skull and crossbones motifs, hinting at the island adventure ahead. We transformed the space at Rosewood Baha Mar into a glittery tropical disco, and everyone was so busy celebrating that no one noticed when Carla slipped away to change into her wedding dress. However, we knew we needed a way to keep everyone entertained while we set up the ceremony space. Enter the Bahamian Junkanoos! They led everyone away from the event hall while we quickly flipped the décor.
When Adam and his guests returned, he led them onto the outdoor deck where a mini surprise ceremony setup awaited! Everyone’s faces said it all—they were so excited to celebrate the happy couple. Carla made her grand entrance, and after she and Adam exchanged their vows, the party resumed until the wee hours of the night.
We can’t keep a smile off our faces when we think about this weekend. With careful planning and organization (and some entertainment flair, courtesy of the Bahamian Junkanoos), this couple’s big surprise was a smashing success. And as for Adam's 42nd birthday? Well, let's just say it's a celebration he'll never forget!
When Carla and Adam approached us with their daring plan to turn Adam's milestone birthday bash into a surprise wedding extravaganza, we knew we were in for an adventure! The stage was set for a breathtaking celebration in the Bahamas, and our mission was clear: to orchestrate the surprise of a lifetime.
A quick backstory: Carla had planned a massive celebration in the Caribbean for Adam’s fortieth birthday and invited all their friends. But COVID had other plans. Two years later, everyone thought they were attending Adam’s rescheduled party—without a clue that he and Carla were also planning to tie the knot that weekend!
With the right steps, the right decisions, you’ll naturally have an amazing celebration - and have a little fun along the way too.
Let’s dream together.
I see a world of possibilities for you.
And that’s a pretty fun place to start.
