A Wedding Full of Surprises

Another surprise was the bride's beautiful gesture for her mother, whose birthday happened to be on the same day as the wedding. So she had delicious petit fours delivered to the bridal suite.

And who can forget the heartfelt moment when the bride's dad took the stage to serenade his daughter with a guitar performance of "Sweet Child of Mine." It was a testament to the love and care this family shares for each other.

Throughout the planning journey, witnessing how everyone wanted to do something special for someone else was amazing. The sense of love and unity made the day even more incredible, even when challenges did arise. One of which was coordinating transport. Because of the sprawling, majestic oak trees at their venue, only sprinter vans could navigate the grounds, requiring 13 different vehicles to transport the guests around Austin. But with careful planning and organization, we ensured that everything ran smoothly, leaving the couple and their guests with unforgettable memories.

As wedding planners, we always anticipate a surprise or two—especially the last-minute kind that pops up and keeps us on our toes. But this wedding was full of happy surprises. The kind that keeps us on our toes for a different reason—we can't wait to see the reaction!

The groom's heartwarming surprise was the arrival of Bevo, the University of Texas mascot. The couple met at UT, so having the football star as a wedding guest was fascinating.
