Personalized Wedding Plan
Giraudon & Setayesh
Wedding Date: August 29, 2020
Ceremony Location: Meyerson Symphony Center
Wedding Reception Location: Meyerson Symphony Center
Setting the Scene
Tiffany and Jassem have been dating since high school! They were engaged in June of 2019 at the Arbor Hills nature reserve, a place they spent a lot of time when they were younger and close to both of their family’s homes in Plano. They both selected SMU as their university where Tiffany studied Art Direction and Jassem became a Civil Engineer. They bring to their relationship a very diverse background that includes French, Mexican, American, and Persian roots and both of their families are still in Texas making their planning very family-focused.
They are looking to plan a wedding on August 29, 2020, and have booked the Meyerson Symphony Center after also looking at the Belo Mansion & Tower Club. They will have 270-280 guests from all over the world (France, Mexico & Iran) and are inspired by a more modern wedding with plenty of character. They would like to hold both the ceremony and reception at the same location and are also interested in a party that allows for a seated dinner for everyone with touches of Persian (Main Course) & French (Dessert) traditions.
“Modern, global wedding design with plenty of character”
They will hold their ceremony on the main staircase leading up to the orchestra hall, their cocktail hour on the left loggia and their seated dinner and dancing on the right loggia. Both Tiffany and Jassem lean toward a more modern style with organic shapes and warmer colors and an understated less is more type of atmosphere that truly reflects them as a couple. They are both foodies as well so the meal is a very important aspect of the evening, especially for Jassem, while Tiffany’s focus will be on the decor and having the vast space of the Meyerson feel full yet appropriate to make their event truly intimate.
Planning for the first time, Tiffany & Jassem are interested in a planning package that includes both vendor and logistics support and overall concept and design. They will have a wedding with a large number of their friends in attendance and are looking for it to be fun and not too stuffy. Tiffany & Jassem are interested in making their wedding as unique as possible for their guests who have potentially seen it all!

“No matter how many times someone says, “live in the moment” and “enjoy every moment” I think that might be impossible. The celebration flies by and is so incredibly magical but with Julian the planning is just as rewarding and fun as the celebration.”
