Setting the Scene

Alice & Roger got engaged a month ago!! You are looking to plan a wedding on October 23, 2021, with around 100-120 guests and are just in the beginning stages of planning. You will have your wedding ceremony at the Nasher and are looking to plan an elegant, modern reception following. But, most importantly you want something that is not typical to other weddings you have attended and that feels authentically like the two of you and are searching for someone to help translate your dreams into reality.

Your vision of a ceremony that is understated and elegant, followed by a reception that brings a memorable and unique vibe (i.e. seated meal, a great bar, and unique entertainment) that will allow for all of your guests to be together, mix, mingle, and really bond over this shared experience. It is incredibly important that you find a planner who can assist you in navigating all of the choices that are available, while also helping execute your personal intimate entertaining style.

While you both lean toward an aesthetic that is more modern and monochromatic, Alice and Roger, you really believe in an understated less is more type of atmosphere that truly reflects you as a couple and will allow for a relaxed vibe in an elevated atmosphere. You are both into food as well so ensuring the meal errs on the side of great is a very important aspect of the evening, especially for Roger, while you Alice will be focused on the decor (i.e. understated, elegant, and inviting) and making sure that your dining space feels full yet appropriate to make your event truly intimate.

Planning with a quick turn, you are interested in looking at all of our planning and design options. You will have a wedding with your closest circle in attendance and are looking for it to be fun and not too stuffy. Alice and Roger, you are interested in making your wedding as unique as possible for your guests who have potentially seen it all and I stand ready to assist you in that cause.

• Encourage and facilitate a conversation among relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone has been heard

• Assist in incorporating both of your past histories into your future together

• Provide communication tools and techniques to allow you to navigate the world of weddings
