Setting the Scene

Renee and Corey got engaged last year in Napa and are excited for their wedding in Spring or early Summer, 2022 at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. You have a vision for an elegant and intimate wedding weekend beginning with a welcome party on Thursday and a beautiful ceremony and reception on Friday. While you originally considered a destination weekend in Napa, you ultimately opted for the ease of a local wedding so that you can focus on lots of lovely details for a memorable weekend.

As a very busy couple, successful in their careers, that just purchased a new home, you’re seeking a planning partner that understands your keen eye for detail, understands your vision for the day and allows you to enjoy this once in a lifetime celebration with your nearest and dearest friends and family.

Your vision for the wedding day starts with a ceremony in the beautiful garden lawn at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, followed by a reception in the Promenade that is more about sharing a beautiful meal with your friends and family and less about the formalities of a ‘typical’ wedding. Small round tables with lots of candlelight and beautiful place settings will set the scene for guests to really enjoy this important celebration.

You both lean toward a more contemporary and modern aesthetic, and Renee, you are envisioning a classic black, white and gold color palette for the day. You’d like to incorporate thoughtful details and an elevated atmosphere without any element feeling ‘over-the-top.’ You’re both well-traveled and enjoy fine dining, so ensuring that the food, beverage, and service is excellent is critical to a successful evening.

You’re in the beginning stages of planning and are looking for a planning partner to guide you from a beautiful vision through flawless execution, and help you make smart decisions in your investments in this once-in-a-lifetime day. • Assist in incorporating both of your past histories into your future together

• Provide communication tools and techniques to allow you to navigate the world of weddings
