Personalized Wedding Plan Davis & Schaefer
Wedding Date: September 5, 2020
Ceremony & Reception Location: The Nasher Sculpture Center
Setting the Scene
Tiffany and Matthew have been engaged since November 1st of last year! While they are both now living in Lawton, Oklahoma, Tiffany as a banker and Matthew as a pilot, they are looking to hold their wedding in Dallas as they have found the perfect garden location in The Nasher Sculpture Center. While the first two months of their engagement were spent house hunting they are ready to dig in and get some items checked off of their list.
Fortunately, Tiffany is very comfortable speaking with vendors, so she is searching for a planner who can assist her with whittling down the vast variety of choices in the wedding world through personal work experiences, design expertise and the ability to translate her vision into the exact words to bring it to life. It’s very important to both Tiffany and Matthew that they are able to relax on their wedding day surrounded by their favorite people, good music, good food, and a sense of feeling pampered.
They are looking to plan a wedding on September 5, 2020 at The Nasher Sculpture Center and most importantly they want something that is a little different from everyone else. They will have between 125 and 150 guests and would like to hold both the ceremony and reception at the same location and are also interested in a party that allows for a seated dinner for everyone.
While they both lean towards a style that is more modern, deconstructed, organic, green, and different, they believe in an understated less is more type of atmosphere that truly reflects them as a couple and one that will stand the test of time. They are both into food as well so the meal is a very important aspect of the evening, especially for Matthew, while Tiffany’s focus will be on the decor and making sure that The Nasher feels full yet appropriate to make their event truly intimate.
Tiffany & Matthew are interested in a planning package that includes both vendor and logistics support and overall concept and design. They will have a wedding with a large number of their friends in attendance and are looking for it to be fun and not too stuffy or cheesy. Tiffany & Matthew are interested in making their wedding as unique and timeless as possible for their guests who have potentially seen it all!

“No matter how many times someone says, “live in the moment” and “enjoy every moment” I think that might be impossible. The celebration flies by and is so incredibly magical but with Julian the planning is just as rewarding and fun as the celebration.”
