Setting the Scene

Katie & Teddy are getting engaged shortly! You are looking to plan a wedding on either May 21 or 28, 2022 with around 175-200 guests and are just in the beginning stages of planning. You will have your wedding at either Solage, Napa or Rosewood Mansion (with the ceremony at The Greek Orthodox Church) and are looking to plan an elegant, garden like reception following. But, most importantly you want something that is not typical to other weddings you have attended and that feels authentically like the two of you and are searching for someone to help translate your dreams into reality.

Your vision of a ceremony that is understated and elegant, followed by a reception that brings a memorable and unique vibe (i.e. seated meal, a great bar, and unique entertainment) that will allow for all of your guests to be together, mix, mingle, and really bond over this shared experience. It is incredibly important that you find a planner who can assist you in navigating all of the choices that are available, while also helping execute your personal intimate entertaining style.

While you both lean toward an aesthetic that is more traditional with a twist, Katie and Teddy, you really believe in an understated less is more type of atmosphere that truly reflects you as a couple and will allow for a relaxed vibe in an elevated atmosphere. You are both into food as well so ensuring the meal errs on the side of great is a very important aspect of the evening, especially for Teddy while you Katie will be focused on the decor (i.e. understated, elegant, and inviting) and making sure that your dining space feels full yet appropriate to make your event truly intimate.

Planning from a distance (if you choose California), you are interested in looking at all of our planning and design options. You will have a wedding with your closest circle in attendance and are looking for it to be fun and not too stuffy. Katie and Teddy, you are interested in making your wedding as unique as possible for your guests who have potentially seen it all and I stand ready to assist you in that cause.

*With this option, partial planning is added to execution and it will begin right away. Our team will pick up where you have left off and tie everything together in a perfect bow!

*Our starting point for execution, this is our comprehensive execution package that begins 8 weeks prior to your date for an unforgettable wedding weekend. This option is not available with a tented wedding

*If the California location is selected there will also be travel, accommodation and per-diem fees to be discussed as well for a minimum of two pre-wedding site visits and the wedding weekend

• Assist in incorporating both of your past histories into your future together

• Provide communication tools and techniques to allow you to navigate the world of weddings
