Rehearsal Dinner Location: Pending – Your Residence, DEC on Dragon, Crescent Court Hotel Garden Room, Crescent Club Gourmet Room, Fearing’s Restaurant – All Possible Options

*Please note that because this date is quite a ways out I will be able to participate in all of the planning leading up to the event, but it will most likely be a member of my team executing it on the day of the rehearsal dinner.


Process

We look forward to executing the below plan together to create a stress-free event that reflects you as a couple.

  • Define and construct a budget with reasonable parameters to achieve your vision

  • Deep dive into your design inspirations (e.g., art, culture, architecture, etc.), which will create the foundation for an event that represents you both

  • Encourage and facilitate a conversation among relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone has been heard

  • Assist in incorporating both of your past histories into your future together

  • Provide communication tools and techniques to allow you to navigate the world of weddings

Personalized Event Plan 

Please find below your road map to a successful, beautiful, and bespoke event.

Pre-Event

  • Create and maintain event checklist

  • Create and maintain event budget

  • Recommend and manage contracts for vendors who fit the budget

  • Schedule and attend vendor selection and planning appointments (This list may include venue, florist, photographer, filmmaker, entertainment, cakes, linen, transportation, stationary, caterer, lighting, wedding atelier, menswear, hair and makeup, décor, security, and valet.)

  • Assist in invitation and day-of paper good creation and design

  • Pre-determined monthly wedding meetings, weekly phone calls, and daily emails as necessary to plan and finalize event details

  • Produce itinerary documents for the wedding party and all vendors with minute-by-minute wedding details

  • Provide vendor walk-through at reception venue one (1) week prior to the event

  • Consult on design of the event including concept, color story, and floor plan

  • Consult with stakeholders on important toasts or traditions for the evening 


Rehearsal Dinner Day

  • Manage all vendor set-up on the day of your event and on-site coordination of partners throughout the event

  • Coordinate itinerary with appropriate vendors 

  • Coordinate any repurposed pieces from the weekend’s events as needed

  • Coordinate payment of partner balances and distribute tips as requested

Rates

Flat Event Planning Rate: $6000 | 50% retainer due at signing | 50% two weeks prior to the wedding

Note: The above fee includes wedding and reception planning. It does not include the cost of rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or post-wedding brunch planning.

Additional Staffing Fee: $40 per hour for assistants on the wedding weekend | billed post-wedding

Planner

I wear many hats (er bow ties.) I’m a diplomat, designer, advisor, counselor, sounding board,  dreamer… The list goes on.

I’ve dabbled and directed everything from catering sales and management for the Crescent Hotel and Rosewood Mansion, to wedding planning and floral design for Bella Flora of Dallas. And along this 15 year journey here’s what I know is true…
